    What Anon said is untrue of our company. In fact, the reviews are given together with the domain name the user has with us. Posting fake reviews is not possible. Anon has not provided any domain name and this goes to show that he is not our customer at all.

    It is very likely that Anon is from our competitor to sabotage our reputation.

    The other review is most likely one of the oryon team.. They are really not very good at all... Poor service, poor speed, and some of the worst support I've ever seen, use anybody else...

    Signed up with them since early January. So far, everything has been going smoothly. No problems with it whatsoever. And the site (http://www.rovers-sg.com) actually loads pretty fast, im amazed too!:

    I just want to drop a note to compliment Oryon's techincal support and the high service level that the staff displayed.

    On 26 Sep I did a live chat to ask help on fixing a problem regarding my website. Jack spent around 2 hours with me online but could not solve the problem then. I left the chat room asking him to help on exploring the solution. Little did I expect that he drill the problem and solve it for me in that evening!

    Thank you very much for taking the customer's request and problem seriously, and provide help and support. Keep it up!

    i've used oryon for almost a month now and i'm quite pleased with the site uptime. myself has not seen a downtime yet, although from the posts of fellow members they have experienced a few. also, my site loads pretty fast too (maybe because it's light on resource load).

    about their customer service:

    towards sales enquiries:
    replies came back within 10 minutes. very amazed and will give thumbs up for this.
    towards technical problems:

    i tried sending 2 technial enquiries through their website. the first came back in almost an hour, the second in half.
    still, i must say it's rather fast to me.

    bottomline:
    for now i won't say that they're the cheapest but my overall rating for them would be 9/10.
    if they had this referral program i'd refer my friends to oryon.

    i'm still working on my site though. it's nothing much but if it's anything, it's http://vtsuki.net

    I have used Oryon Networks for more than 3 years and I am quite pleased with their uptime. so far everything has been going very smoothly and I do not have any problem with them all. It is very unsual for a Singapore company to have such a high level of customer service quality. For those who had used other web hosting companies will know what I meant.

    Oryon Networks has the best support and sales team available. I have never seen a web hosting company that replied to my mail in less than 2 minutes after midnight! With the zero downtime and exceptionally fast website loading time, what more can you ask for from this company.. Don't believe? Use Google to check it out!

    It has been two years since our firm engaged Oryon as the hosting provider. As we started off as a web-based business, we were very careful in choosing our partner for hosting our website. Chancing upon the strong recommendations on some of the hosting forums, we took the plunge with Oryon.

    Throughout our stay with them, I have never been disappointed with their service, (i.e response time, uptime, technical know-hows). They always manage to resolve all issues in very quick time.

    Initailly, we were worried about the lack of a contact point for support purpose, i.e telephone no. for service call. However, it proves to be unfounded. Their email support is very strong and reliable.

    It had really been a great experience,

    Oryon Networks have an exceptional employee, Ann, in the support division. Her calm, patient manner was a great help to me when my frustration was at an all-time high. Her knowledge of the software and her remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. Instead of other supporting staff telling the service is running fine she went the extra mile to go in depth to understanding my issue and assisting with the troubleshooting. If the quality of a firm's employees is an indication of future success, then Oryon Networks has a very bright future.
