The staff is efficient and they respond within minutes after I've filed for a technical support request. What impressed me most was the time when a technical staff gave me a ring to guide me step by step through a technical process that I had difficulty with.
Not forgetting the customer service staff, they are willing to answer all queries and even made a provision for me. A year back I was a student who had problems with cheques or ibanking. Fortunately, provision was made, I've settled payment, and I'm glad that I made the right choice to sign up with Oryon.
Thanking especially the technical staff for constantly remedying my site whenever I make a mess out of it and the kind and understanding customer service. Keep up the good job!

I would like to express millions of thanks, especially to Ann. Her patient and capabilities makes me feel extremely satisfies with your company’s service. Although the inquiries which I had made is not under your company’s service scope, she still try her best to assist me. One month ago, we just transferred from another provider to Oryon, initially we were a bit frustrated with the hassle of transferring due to authorization issues required. None of us are familiar with web hosting issues, but now we feel that it is worth to stay with Oryon even with the hassle of the transferring in the beginning. Thanks Oryon.
