Time to change your hosting company. With today's competition it's very easy to switch company and get a much lower rate!

they have very poor service.
never able to contact them by phone.
when addressing trouble ticket, they take ages!
the email was down for weeks....and unable to resolve.
the worse of the worse service that anyone can expect! and they are so expensive compared to the current web hosting company we've engaged. Cyberaxis charged $450 for our 6GB diskspace.
And after a maintenance weekend, it went back to their basic plan of 3GB. Tried to get back what we paid for but they never got around to it causing the situation of over quota and yet they have the face to reply our trouble ticket warning us of the over quota and suggesting that we quickly upgrade to buy more disk space.
***tsk tsk tsk!!!!
